About the role

We're seeking a Lending Operations Team Lead to oversee the end-to-end operational management of our lending products, ensuring accurate, timely execution throughout the loan lifecycle. In this role, you'll manage our portfolio of Salary Loans—overseeing loan disbursement reconciliation, loan recording, account-level roll-forwarding, and collection settlement—while operationalizing our Loan Channelling function across recording, reconciliation, and settlement processes.

As a key operational leader, you'll drive service delivery excellence, maintain robust controls and regulatory compliance, and spearhead continuous process improvements across the lending portfolio. You'll partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues strategically, champion automation initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert on lending operations best practices for our broader organization.

• Manage and develop the Lending Operations team responsible for Salary Loans and Loan Channelling
• Establish clear ownership, maker-checker controls and service standards
• Ensure complete and accurate loan-level and transaction-level records by reconciling core banking data, partner reports and Finance balances
• Monitor reconciliation breaks, unusual movements and operational exceptions; ensure timely investigation, escalation, resolution and documentation
• Manage partner performance, funding requirements and settlement obligations in accordance with agreed service levels and operating procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely, compliant outcomes
• Provide management information and operational reporting on volumes, turnaround time, reconciliation status, incidents, risks and partner performance
• Support audit, risk and regulatory requirements
• Drive automation and process improvements that reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and improve scalability and customer experience

Requirements

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Relevant experience in lending operations
• Strong background in disbursement, repayment processing, account-level reconciliation, settlement, operational controls and partner management
• Working knowledge of Philippine lending regulations and practices
• Experience launching or transitioning lending products, including process design, testing, control implementation and go-live support (preferred)
• Operational risk management, maker-checker controls, audit remediation and regulatory support
• Data analysis, management reporting and KPI monitoring
• Process improvement and automation
• Cross-functional stakeholder management
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and sound judgment
