Lending Processor

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Lending Processor. You must be high performing, member focused, detail oriented, strong communicator, initiative driven with accountability.

Responsibilities may include:

· Processes, underwrites, and closes consumer loan applications accurately and efficiently by ensuring complete and compliant documentation, communicating with members throughout the loan process, and funding approved loans while fulfilling all closing requirements.

· Identifies member borrowing needs and proactively cross-sells loan products and services, recommends refinancing, debt consolidation, and other beneficial lending solutions, and generates additional loan volume through relationship building and meaningful member conversations.

· Opens new deposit and share accounts, adds and removes account owners, signers, and beneficiaries in accordance with policies and procedures, and maintains accurate member records with complete and compliant account documentation.

· Processes Visa credit card applications and supporting documentation, educates members on card features, benefits, and usage options, and helps with payment-related inquiries and service requests.

· Cross-sells credit union products and services based on member needs, delivers exceptional service that strengthens member loyalty and retention, and supports branch and organizational goals through the achievement of lending, product penetration, and service objectives.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.25 per week
