The role will require you to engage with customers over the phone and support the overall lending function, from start to finish. Application through to settlement.
Key responsibilities
- Capturing customer information via the phone
- Issuing documents
- Gathering supporting information
- Efficient customer service
About you
- Computer and online/digital literate with standard computer skills
- Professional but personable phone manner and customer service skills
- Problem solving
- Previous sales experience (Retail, Phone sales etc)
- Previous Lending experience (preferred) but not required
