Primary Skills (Must Have)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Industrialization:
• Assist in creating and updating work instructions, control plans, and routings for production.
• Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
• Technical Documentation:
• Write and maintain technical documentation (e.g., routings, progress reports).
• Ensure documentation complies with company and industry standards.
• Software Utilization:
• Use SAP, PLM, and Catia V5 for product data management, 3D modelling, and process planning.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyse existing processes and propose cost/quality improvements.
• Adapt processes for offshore manufacturing contexts.
• Quality Assurance:
• Identify non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Support audits and compliance checks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work with local teams and international stakeholders (e.g., front-office teams in France).
• Share best practices and troubleshoot process issues.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in Kaizen, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Contribute to waste reduction and efficiency projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, SAP, PLM, and Catia V5.
• Experience with technical writing (work instructions, reports).
• Professional Skills:
• Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements.
• Problem-solving skills for non-conformity resolution.
• Soft Skills:
• Rigor, organization, and teamwork in multicultural environments.
• Autonomy and responsiveness in dynamic settings.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; French or local languages are a plus.
