Letterbox Dropper

About the role

The role will involve distributing real estate marketing material throughout Ipswich and surrounding suburbs, including new listing, sold and prospecting campaigns. Initially, approximately 1,500-2,000 letterboxes per week, however this will vary depending on listings and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute real estate marketing material throughout Ipswich and surrounding suburbs
• Collect marketing material from Schweitzer Estate Agents
• Complete allocated streets and routes
• Follow allocated routes and instructions
• Work independently and manage time effectively

About you

• Reliable and punctual
• Honest and trustworthy
• Physically capable of walking for extended periods
• Organised and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Has reliable transport to get to different areas
• Has a smartphone
• Takes pride in doing a job properly
• Previous letterbox distribution, delivery or similar experience is advantageous, but not essential
