Letting Manager

We’re looking for a Letting Manager to join Quinovic Hutt Valley.

Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 4.00pm | 32.5 hours per week | Lower Hutt

This is a busy and varied role where you’ll be involved in everything from advertising properties and conducting viewings through to processing applications and welcoming new tenants into their homes.

You’ll work closely with our Property Managers and wider team, and you won’t be left to figure things out on your own. We’re happy to share our knowledge, answer questions and support each other when things get busy.

The role includes:

·         Advertising properties and managing online listings

·         Conducting property viewings

·         Processing applications and references

·         Preparing tenancy agreements

·         Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors

·         Supporting our Property Managers

·         Assisting with marketing and social media

·         General administration and reception support

About you

You’ll be someone who is:

·         Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with people

·         Organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail

·         A strong communicator

·         Proactive and able to take ownership of your work

·         A practical problem solver with a can-do attitude

·         Comfortable working independently while enjoying being part of a team

·         Honest, professional and empathetic

·         Confident with computers and everyday office software

Property management experience is not essential. We’re more interested in finding the right person who has the attitude, personality and work ethic to succeed. We’ll teach you the rest.
