Letting Viewing Agent

We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Part-Time Lettings Viewing Agent to conduct property viewings on behalf of our lettings team. The salary £27,300 pa (pro rata)

You will be responsible for meeting prospective tenants at properties, providing informative and engaging viewings, answering questions where possible, and creating a positive first impression of both the property and our company.

This role would suit someone with excellent communication skills who is confident working independently and enjoys dealing with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Meet applicants at properties promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about the property, location and key features.
• Answer general questions and identify any follow-up queries for the lettings team.
• Report any maintenance, security or property issues noticed during visits.
• Ensure properties are left secure and presentable after each viewing.
• Manage viewing appointments efficiently and communicate any changes or cancellations.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming approach at all times.
• Represent the company positively when dealing with prospective tenants, landlords and other stakeholders.

• Be flexible and available for evening and weekend appointments.
• Have access to reliable transport and a valid UK driving licence [if required].
• Previous lettings, estate agency, property or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £27,300.00 per year
