ARE YOU THE ROCKSTAR LETTINGS SPECIALIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
POSITION: Lettings Specialist
RATE: 3GBP per hour (negotiable if highly EXPERIENCED/depends on portfolio)
HOURS: FULL-TIME, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Weekdays only.
POTENTIAL TASKS:
- Property management
- Customer service
- Database management
- Basic financial tasks
- Research tasks
- Adhoc tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about real estate/customer service
- Self-starter and a good team player
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Multi-tasking master
MUST KNOW APPS/SOFTWARE:
- Google Suite (Gdocs, Gsheets, etc.)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Airtable (HUGE BONUS but not required!)
- Slack (HUGE BONUS but not required!)
MUST HAVE EQUIPMENT/SET UP:
internet of 50 mbps
Intel Core i3 (or equivalent)
of 4GB RAM
