Responsibilities

• Conduct viewings of rental properties with prospective tenants, providing detailed information and answering queries.
• Manage tenant applications, including referencing, credit checks, and tenancy agreements.
• Liaise effectively with landlords to understand their requirements and provide regular updates.
• Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities using organisational software.
• Assist in marketing available properties through various channels to attract suitable tenants.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support the team in administrative duties such as updating databases, preparing documentation, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements

• Proven administrative experience, ideally within property or lettings sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional demeanour combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to property lettings is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• A valid driving licence and vehicle is required. Mileage paid.

Pay: £24,455.00-£30,000.00 per year
