Lettings Negotiator

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their rental needs and preferences
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about each property’s features and benefits
• Negotiate rental terms with tenants, ensuring agreements are clear, fair, and compliant with company policies
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements, updating records, and processing applications efficiently
• Maintain ongoing communication with landlords and tenants to ensure satisfaction throughout the leasing process
• Assist in marketing available properties through online listings, social media, and other channels to attract potential tenants
• Support the team with organisational tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate documentation

Experience

• Previous lettings or estate agency experience is preferred, but we’re also open to candidates with strong sales or customer-service experience who have the right attitude and are keen to develop a career in property.

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
