At Nicholas Humphreys Wimborne, we're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our successful and growing team.

As Wimborne's biggest letting agent, with over 35 years of trading experience, we're looking for someone with a genuine get-up-and-go attitude who is ready to make their mark in the property industry.

YOUR ROLE

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate successful lets.
• Generate new business and help secure landlord instructions.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants.
• Match prospective tenants with suitable properties.
• Manage enquiries, follow up leads and convert opportunities into results.
• Assist with property marketing and lettings administration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.

Previous lettings or sales experience would be an advantage, but attitude, ambition and determination are what really matter to us!

WORKING HOURS

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Location: Wimborne, Dorset
Position: Full-time, Permanent
