Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Entry Level 1 Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our end-users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT environment.

Duties:

• Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues promptly
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks
• Assist in network administration tasks
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a desktop support role

• Proficiency in Windows, LAN, and network administration

• Strong background in help desk and IT support

• Knowledge of computer management and technical support best practices

• Experience with Office suite applications

• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions

• Solarwinds RMM preferred
