Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer (Windows, WiFi, MS-Office, VOIP)

ROLE: Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer

Skills required:

• Office Suite Troubleshooting
• Windows Updates/Patching troubleshooting
• Wifi configuration and troubleshooting
• Desktop/Laptop imaging via Intune/Autopilot
• Printer setup and troubleshooting
• Teams/VOIP troubleshooting

This is a high touch client that will also require strong customer service skill and quick adaptation abilities.

Full training will be provided on workflow and process.

Duration: 2 month initial contrac with possible extensions (most likely)

Hybrid role with a few days onsite.

Candidates need to have reliable transportation.
