Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property to identify and address potential security risks or breaches.
• This post consists of a driving patrol driving throughout multiple properties. All applicants must submit a clean driving record upon interview.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR if certified.
• Enforce security policies and procedures while managing conflicts with professionalism and tact.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external assistance.
• Document all security activities through detailed reports, incident logs, and shift handovers to ensure accountability and compliance.

Skills

• Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields.
• Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV operation and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to protect assets from theft or damage.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
