Level 2 IT Support Technician (MSP Experience Required)

Rubiks IT is a growing MSP based in Miami QLD, supporting small to medium businesses.

We are seeking a reliable, technically capable Helpdesk Technician with previous MSP experience who can confidently support clients across Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint environments.

This is not an entry-level role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing helpdesk tickets to SLA
• Supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune)
• Endpoint management (Windows, iOS, Android)
• Network troubleshooting (switches, WAPs, firewalls)
• Onsite client support when required
• Documentation and proactive monitoring

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience in an MSP environment
• Strong Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Intune / MDM
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills
• Full unrestricted rights to work in Australia
• Valid Australian driver’s licence

Salary

$65,000 – $75,000 depending on experience.

Higher considered for proven MSP background.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
