Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Planning & Implementation: Plan, prepare, and implement stimulating, age-appropriate activities and educational programs aligned with best practices in early childhood education.
• Child Development & Assessment: Observe and accurately assess each child's progress, maintaining meticulous records of attendance, development, and achievements.
• Safe & Inclusive Environment: Ensure the continuous health, safety, and well-being of all children while actively fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe learning space.
• Family Partnership: Communicate effectively and consistently with parents, providing regular, detailed updates on their child's learning, development, and daily experiences.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow educators and external professionals to address and support children's individual and diverse learning needs.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong, positive, and trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, contributing to a supportive community atmosphere.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related, relevant field is required.
• Knowledge Base: Comprehensive knowledge of child development theories and current best practices in early childhood education.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional patience, empathy, and the ability to form strong, genuine connections with young children.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, and the team.
• Organizational Acumen: Excellent organizational skills, proven ability to manage time effectively, and capability to multitask efficiently.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the children and the requirements of the program.
• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as an engaged member of a professional team.
