Security Professionals – DOE Event

Man O’ War Defense Group (MOW) is hiring qualified security professionals for an upcoming DOE event in Midland, Texas, taking place November 6–12, 2026.

Position Details

• Location: Midland, Texas
• Event Dates: November 6–12, 2026
• Employment Type: Temporary / Event Contract
• Industry: Security / Government Contracting

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Texas Level III Security License
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work extended shifts and maintain a high level of alertness
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and client requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Texas Level IV Security License
• Prior military experience
• Prior law enforcement experience
• Prior security contracting experience
• Experience supporting government or critical-infrastructure clients

Responsibilities

Selected personnel may be responsible for:

• Access control and security screening
• Maintaining a visible security presence
• Monitoring personnel and assigned areas
• Identifying and reporting security concerns
• Following site-specific security procedures
• Supporting the security team during routine and emergency situations
• Maintaining professional communication with clients, team members, and the public
