Level 3 Apprentice Technician

JLR Ottawa is looking for a Level 3 Apprentice Technician to join our expert team! What You'll Do:

• Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
• Perform maintenance services, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire installations.
• Support licensed technicians with complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Develop your diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using the latest tools and manufacturer software.
• Complete all work accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with safety and manufacturer standards.
• Maintain clear and detailed records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for peak performance.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and stay current with new vehicle technologies.
• Collaborate with the Service team to achieve customer satisfaction and workshop performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 Automotive Service Technician Apprentice certification.
• A strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, tools, and procedures.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
