Overview
MI Hair & Beauty Academy is expanding, and we are recruiting a skilled, motivated, and passionate Level 3 Barbering Tutor to join our Harlow Academy. We are looking for an industry professional who is confident in their craft and committed to delivering high‑quality training to learners preparing for careers in barbering.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and professional Level 3 Barbering training sessions
• Teach advanced cutting, fading, clipper work, beard grooming and modern barbering techniques
• Support learners through practical and theory assessments
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene and professional conduct
• Provide constructive feedback and help learners build strong portfolios
• Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment

Candidate Requirements

• Strong technical barbering skills with proven industry experience
• Confident communicator with a passion for teaching and mentoring
• Teaching qualification preferred, or willingness to work towards one
• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
• Ability to motivate learners and maintain professional standards
