Due to an increase in children joining our setting, we are looking for an OUTSTANDING, passionate and creative Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team at an exciting time in the nursery’s development.
We are currently working towards Curiosity Approach Accreditation, and are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating inspiring environments where children can explore, discover and thrive.
If you are energetic, nurturing, and bring plenty of enthusiasm and creativity to your practice — we would love to hear from you.
Why Work With Us?
Our nursery is charity-run, which means we operate differently from many commercial day nurseries.
Our focus is not on profit. Instead, everything we do is centred around supporting children, families and our local community. Any income we generate is reinvested back into the nursery — improving resources, investing in staff development and enhancing children’s learning experiences.
Because of this, we are able to prioritise what really matters:
✨ Higher staff-to-child ratios than many nurseries
✨ A warm, supportive and collaborative team
✨ A diverse and vibrant community setting
✨ Investment in staff training and professional development
✨ A genuine focus on quality early years education
Working here means being part of a nursery with real purpose, where your work has a meaningful impact on children’s lives every day.
