Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for a baby room Level 3 practitioner.

As key person to a small group of babies from nine months, you'd lead their care and learning day to day settling, feeding, sleeping, playing and build the relationship with their families that makes all of it work.

You'd work our four-stage cycle: Spark, Explore, Discover, Extend. You plan a purposeful starting point, then hand it over. They take it somewhere you didn't expect. You follow, notice, and build the next Spark from what you found. In a baby room that looks less like a lesson plan and more like paying close attention.

You'd write it up on Famly so parents see the good bits, log anything safeguarding-related on CPOMS, and pick up your training through Connecteam.

You'll fit here if

• You hold a full and relevant Level 3 (or above)
• You've worked with under 2s and prefer it
• You can talk to a nervous parent at drop-off and make the day feel manageable
• You're comfortable with a small team where everyone knows everyone, including the children's grandparents

Hours and what you get back

• £26,500 – £28,100 a year
• 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. No weekends
• A full hour for lunch, every day, away from the room
• One early afternoon off a week
• A genuinely good setting: Ofsted Good in all four areas

Pay: £26,800.00-£28,000.00 per year
