What you'll be doing

As part of our nursery team, you'll help create a happy, safe and engaging environment where children feel confident to explore, play and learn.

Your role will include:

• Supporting children's learning and development through meaningful play and everyday experiences.
• Planning fun, engaging activities based on children's interests and individual needs.
• Building warm, positive relationships with children and their families.
• Supporting children's independence, confidence and communication skills.
• Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care and education.
• Following the EYFS and maintaining high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing.
• Bringing your own creativity, enthusiasm and ideas to the nursery.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and takes pride in helping them learn and grow.

You'll need:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• A caring, patient and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to get involved.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences.
