We're looking for a Level 3 Head Technician for our Middlesex UB3 store — someone genuinely exceptional who can lead on the hardest repairs and raise the bar for the whole team.

The Role

This is a senior technical role for someone who has already mastered the craft. You'll handle the most advanced and highest-value repairs in the store — board-level work, micro-soldering, data recovery — the jobs other technicians can't, train and mentor the rest of the team, and be the technical backbone of the store.

What You'll Do

• Carry out advanced repairs: board-level microsoldering, data recovery, complex water damage, and faults other technicians can't diagnose
• Act as the final point of escalation for difficult repairs
• Train, mentor and upskill junior and mid-level technicians
• Maintain the highest standard of quality control on all repairs leaving the store
• Source and manage specialist tools, parts and equipment
• Work directly with the store manager on technical capability and repair turnaround
• Stay current with new devices, faults and repair techniques

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on mobile phone/device repair experience — non-negotiable
• Proven board-level and microsoldering experience
• A track record of tackling repairs other technicians turn away
• Ability to train and lead junior technicians
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable and able to commute to Middlesex UB3

What You'll Get

• Full-time, permanent role, 5-6 days a week on a rota, including weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Middlesex UB3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
