Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Make a Real Difference Every Day
Are you passionate about helping children grow, explore, and learn? Do you enjoy creating an environment where curiosity thrives and every child feels valued? We’re looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, energetic team and bring their love of childcare to life every day.
This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to shape young lives, support families, and be part of a team that truly cares. If you’re committed, enthusiastic, and ready to make each day exciting for the children in your care, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities that help children reach key developmental milestones
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels safe, happy, and included
- Supporting children's emotional, social, and physical growth through thoughtful, personalised care
- Keeping accurate records of children’s progress, daily activities, and achievements
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain consistent care and learning approaches across the nursery
- Communicating with parents and guardians to share updates on children’s progress and wellbeing
- Ensuring health, safety, and safeguarding standards are always met
- Helping organise nursery routines, from meal times to outdoor play and nap schedules
- Leading by example, demonstrating best practices and supporting junior staff where needed
- Contributing ideas to help the nursery continue to grow and improve
What We’re Looking For:
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education
- Experience working in a nursery or similar childcare setting
- Strong leadership and team skills to guide and support colleagues effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A genuine understanding of children’s individual needs and the ability to respond thoughtfully
- Knowledge of childcare legislation, safeguarding, and best practice
- Organised and flexible, able to manage activities and routines while adapting to the needs of children
- A driving licence is desirable but not essential
- Passionate, caring, and professional attitude with a love for early childhood development
Join us and be part of a team that turns every day into an opportunity for fun, learning, and growth. Your skills, energy, and enthusiasm will help children thrive and families feel supported.
