As Chobani continues to grow, we're looking for Machine Operators to join our expanding production teams. Working in a modern, automated manufacturing environment, you'll play a key role in producing products enjoyed by millions of Australians while developing your skills and building a long-term career with a growing business.

Shift Pattern

Day Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production and packing machinery in line with SOPs
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment as required
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment, including mobile plant (if licensed)
• Support basic maintenance troubleshooting and maintenance handovers
• Complete CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes
• Maintain GMP, safety, and “clean as you go” standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience:

Ideally to be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Sound mechanical aptitude
• A safety-first mindset
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
