Remote | South Africa | After-Hours Coverage
We are looking for an experienced Tier 3 IT Support Engineer to provide after-hours technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong networking and security experience and be comfortable handling complex technical issues independently.
Key Requirements:
- Tier 3 IT Support experience
- Must have worked for a MSP (Managed Service Provider)
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
- Solid cybersecurity/security experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts
Coverage Hours:
- Sunday: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST ( Monday 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM SAST )
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST ( 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM SAST )
- Friday: 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM EST ( Saturday 3:00 AM – 4:00 PM SAST )
- Saturday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM EST ( Sunday 12:00 AM – 4:00 PM SAST )
