We’re looking for a passionate Level Designer who values an enjoyable work atmosphere and is excited to design engaging and well-balanced levels that make a difference in the mobile gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree from related departments.
• Design, develop, and iterate on engaging levels for our mobile games.
• Create balanced and enjoyable gameplay experiences by considering difficulty, pacing, and player progression.
• Collaborate with the team to prototype, test, and improve level designs based on player feedback and game performance.
• Use AI tools to support level design, rapid prototyping, idea generation, and workflow optimization.
• Contribute to related game design tasks and creative processes beyond level design when needed.
• Stay up to date with mobile gaming trends, new tools, and innovative gameplay ideas.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in game level design or a related game development role.
• A strong passion for playing games and an understanding of what makes gameplay fun, engaging, and rewarding.
• Familiarity with level design principles, player progression, difficulty balancing, and game mechanics.
• An active interest in AI tools and the ability to use them effectively to support creative work and improve productivity.
• A flexible, hands-on mindset and willingness to take on tasks related to game design and development beyond your core responsibilities.
• A creative, analytical, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and openness to learning new tools and workflows.
