Entry-Level Financial Services Representative - Remote

We are seeking an Entry-Level Financial Services Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. This position is designed for individuals interested in beginning a career in financial services and learning how to assist clients with identifying and working toward their financial goals.

Previous financial services experience is not required. Candidates who are not currently licensed may receive training and support through the applicable licensing process. Certain responsibilities may only be performed after required licenses and/or registrations have been obtained.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with individuals and families to gather information about their financial goals and priorities
• Provide general financial education and help clients better understand financial concepts
• Assist with the development of financial strategies based on individual client needs
• Support clients with financial goals related to retirement preparation, debt management, financial protection, and long-term planning
• Educate clients on general estate-planning considerations and coordinate appropriate next steps when professional legal or tax guidance is needed
• After obtaining applicable licenses, assist clients with eligible financial products and services within the scope of those licenses
• Maintain accurate client information and follow applicable company and regulatory procedures
• Participate in ongoing training, licensing education, and professional development
• Maintain professional communication and follow up with clients as appropriate

Qualifications

• No previous financial services experience required
• Financial license is not required at the time of application
• Willingness and ability to complete required licensing and training
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable meeting and communicating with clients virtually
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to learn financial concepts and explain information clearly
• Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards

Training & Licensing

Training and licensing support are available for candidates who need to obtain the licenses required for the position. Candidates must successfully complete applicable licensing requirements before performing activities that require a license.

Work Environment

This is a remote position that includes virtual training, client meetings, ongoing education, and team communication. We are committed to providing individuals with the training and professional development needed to build knowledge and experience within the financial services industry.

Pay: $61,371.98 - $71,867.33 per year
