Position Overview – Level II EIDBI Behavior Therapist/Interventionist

Everbright Spectrum Services is seeking a Level II EIDBI Behavior Therapist/Interventionist to provide hands-on Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related conditions. This role focuses on direct client intervention to develop communication, social, self-help, and adaptive skills under the supervision of a Level I EIDBI Provider or Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or small-group intervention sessions following individualized treatment plans (ITPs).
• Apply evidence-based strategies and positive behavioral supports consistently.
• Observe and record client progress, reporting outcomes to supervising providers.
• Engage families and caregivers in treatment and model intervention strategies.
• Maintain documentation and comply with DHS/MHCP requirements and agency protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members through meetings, trainings, and case reviews.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with ASD preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Services may take place in community, clinic, home, or school settings.
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends; local travel may be required.
• Physical activity includes engaging with children, frequent standing, walking, bending, and floor activities.
