LO/LF Forklift Operator - Records Warehouse

Join a leading records and information management operation as an experienced LO/LF Forklift Operator.

We are seeking a safety-focused and reliable warehouse professional with current LO and LF licences to join a busy team responsible for managing secure and confidential records. This is a hands-on role requiring forklift operation, order picking, manual handling, and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and confidentiality.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for operating LO and LF equipment, managing inventory, and accurately picking and preparing customer orders within a secure warehouse environment. You will work as part of a supportive team while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate LO (Licence Order Picker) and LF (Forklift) equipment safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and within required timeframes.
• Handle and store confidential records and documents while maintaining strict security protocols.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and movement of boxed records and materials.
• Complete routine inventory checks and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and safe, including working in dust-prone environments.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or equipment defects promptly.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current LO (Order Picker) Licence and LF Forklift Licence with practical operating experience.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regular heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential materials.
• A proactive approach to workplace safety and adherence to operational procedures.
• Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
