LG iPECS Phone System Technician – Remote

Complete ICT is a Melbourne-based telecommunications and IT provider supporting businesses across Australia with business phone systems, cloud communications, internet services and networking solutions.We are seeking an experienced LG iPECS Phone System Technician based in India to provide remote technical support for our Australian customers.This role is ideal for a technician who has worked extensively with LG iPECS systems and can confidently troubleshoot, program and support phone systems remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, program and maintain LG iPECS phone systems remotely
• Configure extensions, voicemail, hunt groups, auto attendants and call routing
• Diagnose and resolve system faults and service issues
• Configure SIP trunks and VoIP services
• Troubleshoot inbound and outbound calling issues
• Make remote programming and configuration changes
• Assist with migrations and system upgrades
• Provide remote technical support to our Australian operations and technical team
• Document system configurations and completed work

Experience Required

• Proven hands-on experience with LG iPECS business phone systems
• Experience with LG iPECS programming, configuration and fault resolution
• Experience with SIP trunks and VoIP services
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Basic networking knowledge, including routers, switches, IP addressing and VLANs
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely
• Ability to work independently
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection

Highly Regarded

• Experience supporting multiple LG iPECS platforms
• Experience with NEC, Panasonic, Avaya, Samsung or other business phone systems
• Experience with cloud phone systems
• Previous telecommunications industry experience
• Experience supporting Australian or international customers
