Lgistic Supervisor

About the role

Supervise daily logistics operations, including warehouse, transportation, delivery, and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. This role reports to the Logistics Manager or Supply Chain Manager and involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movement, and delivery schedules across warehouses, customers, and production facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including warehouse, transportation, delivery, and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movement, and delivery schedules across warehouses, customers, and production facilities
• Monitor 3PL, transportation providers, and logistics partners, ensuring service levels, delivery performance, and cost efficiency
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products in compliance with FIFO/FEFO, food safety, hygiene, and temperature-control requirements where applicable
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, loading/unloading, and warehouse documentation
• Track logistics KPIs such as OTIF, delivery accuracy, transportation cost, warehouse productivity, and inventory accuracy, and implement corrective actions where required
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, and Planning teams to ensure smooth product flow and customer fulfillment
• Handle logistics issues, delivery delays, damaged products, and customer complaints, providing timely solutions
• Lead and supervise logistics staff, including workload allocation, performance monitoring, training, and daily operational planning
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, delivery efficiency, warehouse utilization, and operating costs

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, or distribution operations, preferably within the Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry
• Experience managing 3PL providers, transportation operations, and distribution networks
• Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, warehouse operations, and food logistics
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and team-management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities
• Good command of Thai and English communication is preferred
