Liaison

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Liaison Officer who will handle company errands, government transactions, document processing, and coordination with various offices and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and facilitate company transactions with government offices such as LTO, BIR, and other agencies.
• Handle permits, registrations, and other government-related documents.
• Ensure timely submission, processing, and retrieval of company documents.
• Maintain accurate records of documents and transactions.
• Coordinate with government offices and other external parties as needed.
• Perform fieldwork, company errands, and document delivery when required.
• Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of company documents.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience as a Liaison Officer or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with LTO, BIR, permits, and other government processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Responsible, honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of document handling and record management.
• Familiar with routes and government offices within the assigned area.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and government transactions.
