Liaison Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Handling all liaisoning activities related to real estate projects.
• Obtaining approvals from HMDA, RERA, GHMC, DTCP and other government authorities.
• Coordinating with legal, architects, and consultants for project approvals.
• Managing land due diligence, title verification, and documentation.
• Follow-up with government departments for permissions, NOCs, and clearances.
• Maintaining good relationships with government officials and local authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting management in project approval timelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HMDA approvals, RERA registration, land documentation
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in real estate liaison work is mandatory
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• 4-9 Years experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry
• Good contacts with local authorities will be an added advantage
• Language: Command over English, Telugu, and Hindi.
