Liaison Manager - Construction - DELHI

• Handle liaison work with government departments ,PSU , private , ncrtc
• Coordinate for various approvals, permissions, NOCs and licenses required for construction/real-estate projects.
• Maintain regular communication with government officials and concerned departments.
• Manage documentation and follow up on applications and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, architects and legal teams.
• Ensure timely completion of regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Maintain records of all applications, correspondence and approvals.
• Keep management updated on the status of pending approvals and government matters.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in liaison work .
• Strong knowledge of government procedures and local authorities.
• Strong contacts/network with relevant government departments would be an advantage.
• Good documentation and coordination skills.
• Candidates with relevant experience in Delhi/NCR may be preferred.
