What they need
- Liaison Activities – Serve as a communication and coordination link between the company, vessel representatives, terminal, government agencies, and other relevant parties to facilitate cooperation and the timely exchange of information.
- Laytime Calculation – Monitor and calculate the time utilized for vessel loading and discharging operations based on the applicable charter party terms, including determining any excess or unused laytime.
- Documentation – Collect, prepare, verify, organize, and maintain documents required for vessel arrival, cargo operations, and departure, ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, customs, and port authority requirements.
- Terminal Support Activities – Provide operational, administrative, and coordination support as requested by the Terminal to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted conduct of vessel and terminal operations.
- Other Duties and Responsibilities – Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or deemed necessary to support operational requirements.
