Liaison Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between construction management teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project coordination

• Facilitate communication between management and all project stakeholders, including government agencies and regulatory bodies

• Monitor project schedules and timelines, alerting relevant parties to any delays or changes that may impact operations

• Document and maintain records of all communications, agreements, and project milestones in a clear and organized manner

• Coordinate site visits and inspections with regulatory authorities and third-party inspectors

• Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and managing documentation related to materials and equipment delivery

What we're looking for

• Knows how to drive/has a license

• 4-year college graduate (any course)

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools or software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

• Knowledge of construction practices, project management principles, or regulatory compliance is highly desirable

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
