Liaison Officer

• Prepare, review and secure all required permits, licenses, legal documents and approvals for real estate development (FSEC, Building Permit, FSIC, Occupancy Permit), ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with national and local government regulations, including land use and zoning laws.
• Coordinate with Meralco and Water District for service applications, meter installations, and utility connections.
• Work closely with project engineers and government agencies to resolve permitting and compliance issues.
• Coordinate with LGUs, BFP, and DENR for compliance monitoring, tax obligations, and final land use approvals.
• Maintain organized records and ensure all required documents are properly filed and submitted to government offices.
• Provide management with updates on post-development requirements, pending applications, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in liaison work, permitting, or regulatory compliance (preferably in real estate or construction).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel frequently and conduct fieldwork as needed (around Metro Manila, Pampanga, and Bulacan)
