Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and process company documents, permits, licenses, and other official requirements.
• Coordinate with government agencies, offices, clients, suppliers, and other external parties.
• Follow up on pending documents, applications, approvals, and transactions.
• Submit and retrieve documents from different offices as needed.
• Ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Assist in securing permits, certifications, clearances, and other company requirements.
• Maintain records of transactions and monitor their status.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with external parties.
• Provide regular updates to the concerned department regarding pending transactions.
• Perform other administrative and liaison-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Liaison Officer, Admin Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Knowledge of government offices and document processing is an advantage.
• Willing to travel or do field work when required.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
