LIAISON OFFICER

What we're looking for:

1. 1 year of experience in a similar liaison role.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

What you'll be doing:

1. Act as the intermediary between the company and external parties, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies
2. Manage incoming inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and effective responses
3. Coordinate and attend meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
4. Assist in the organization and facilitation of events, conferences, and other company activities
5. Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management
6. Maintain and update the company's databases, records, and filing systems
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
