Liaison Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between the company and external organizations
• Process permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with local government units (LGUs), agencies, and private entities
• Monitor the status of applications and follow up on pending documents
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation
• Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications
• Assist project teams in resolving external coordination issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1–2 years of experience in liaison work, preferably in construction or corporate setting
• Knowledge of government processes, permits, and documentation requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Familiar with local government procedures and compliance standards
• With strong negotiation and coordination skills
• With driver's license RC 1,2, and 3
