Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage permits, licenses, and government requirements for new store openings, renovations, and operations.
• Coordinate with LGUs and regulatory agencies to ensure timely approvals, renewals, and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with government offices and serve as the company's licensing representative.
• Work closely with Construction, Site Acquisition, and other teams to facilitate permit processing.
• Monitor permit validity, regulatory updates, and maintain accurate licensing records.
• Prepare progress reports and support other compliance-related initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in permits, licensing, government compliance, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of government permitting processes, regulatory requirements, and LGU procedures.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel and visit government offices as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle and/or a motorcycle.
