Liaison Officer – Job Description

Position: Liaison Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with government agencies, local authorities, barangays, and other external parties.
• Facilitate permits, clearances, licenses, registrations, and other project-related documents.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, inspections, and official communications.
• Represent the company in routine coordination with government offices and local stakeholders.
• Maintain proper records of permits, correspondence, and transactions.
• Assist in resolving administrative and regulatory matters affecting project operations.
• Perform other liaison and coordination duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in government transactions, permits, or construction/project coordination is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local government procedures and Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Able to travel to government offices and project locations when required.
