Liaison Officer (Reliever)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Liaison Officer (Reliever) to provide administrative and liaison support by coordinating with government agencies, banks, and business partners. This role is responsible for processing permits and licenses, handling company transactions, and ensuring the timely delivery of documents and other business-related items.

Key Responsibilities

• Process business permits, licenses, and other government requirements with various local government agencies.
• Coordinate and facilitate company transactions with banks and other institutions.
• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other business-related items between company offices, suppliers, clients, and government agencies.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned liaison and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License.
• Must know how to drive both motorcycles and 4-wheel vehicles.
• Preferably owns a motorcycle.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, honest, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with processing government permits and bank transactions is an advantage.
