Liaison Staff

• Coordinate with various local government units (LGUs) and government agencies to process and secure business permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements for Co-owned stores.
• Manage and monitor the quarterly and annual renewal of all permits, licenses, and compliance documents required by LGUs and national agencies.
• Work closely with Business Partners to ensure timely submission and completion of all regulatory requirements.
• Handle the registration, real property tax processing, and insurance requirements of Company-owned outlets.
• Manage registration, documentation, and insurance processing for Company-owned vehicles.
• Prepare and secure legal and regulatory documents necessary for Co-owned store operations.
• Maintain and update all government-related records and compliance files for Co-owned outlets, Business Partner-owned outlets, and the Main Office.

Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Public Administration, or any related field (preferred).
• At least 1–3 years of experience in liaison work, government transactions, or permits and licensing (experience in multi-branch or retail companies is an advantage).
