Liaison Staff

About the role

Seafoods Varieties Corp. is seeking a dedicated Liaison Staff and responsible for handling and coordinating the company’s external transactions with government agencies, clients, suppliers, banks, and other business partners. The position involves processing, submitting, and collecting documents, following up on applications and requirements, conducting field transactions, and providing transportation support for authorized company activities.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate with government agencies, local government units (LGUs), and utility providers regarding project permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in securing development permits, clearances, certifications, and other documentary requirements for new and ongoing projects.
• Process registrations, tax payments, and other government transactions related to land acquisition and project development.
• Prepare, review, and organize documents required for property transactions and government submissions.
• Monitor the status of applications and ensure timely completion of approvals and permits.
• Maintain accurate records of permits, contracts, land documents, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with government offices, external partners, and internal departments to facilitate project-related transactions.
• Perform administrative, documentation, and messengerial tasks in support of the Business Development team.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledgeable in processing government and legal documents

• Familiar with the processing of business permits and other government requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions independently when necessary

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, particularly in seafood retail

• Flexibility and willingness to work retail hours, including potential weekend and holiday shifts

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic with a commitment to team success
