LIAISON/ERRAND OFFICER

About the role

RVS CARGO SERVICES INC.' is seeking a dedicated and reliable Liaison/Errand Officer to join our team in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila. In this fulltime role, you will play a crucial administrative support function, assisting with a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate the exchange of information and ensure timely resolutions to inquiries and requests
• Run errands such as making pickups and deliveries, depositing and collecting documents, and completing various other off-site tasks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all liaison and errand activities
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as required
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including making travel arrangements and organising meeting logistics
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to foster positive relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar administrative or liaison role, preferably within the cargo or logistics industry
• College or High School Graduate
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Can ride a motorcycle with valid driver's license and familiarity with the local area is preferred
