Liaisoning Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end liaisoning activities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
• Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies for project approvals and permissions.
• Obtain approvals related to layout plans, building plans, commencement certificates, occupancy certificates, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaise with departments such as Municipal Corporation, Town Planning, Revenue, Fire, Environment, Airport Authority, Pollution Control Board, and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local development control regulations (DCR), UDCPR, and building bye-laws.
• Prepare, review, and submit architectural drawings, documents, and approval applications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and project stakeholders for approval-related requirements.
• Track approval timelines and proactively follow up with authorities to ensure timely clearances.
• Maintain records of approvals, permissions, NOCs, and statutory documents.
• Monitor changes in government regulations and advise management on compliance requirements.
• Support project teams during project planning, execution, and handover phases.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of statutory approvals and liaisoning processes in real estate projects.
• In-depth understanding of UDCPR, DCR, RERA, and local building regulations.
• Experience in dealing with Municipal Corporations, Town Planning Authorities, and government departments.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong documentation and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and approval documentation processes.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• Registration with the Council of Architecture preferred.
