Liasioning Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various Government Departments, Local Bodies and Statutory Authorities for obtaining necessary approvals, permissions, NOCs and certificates.
• Handle liaison activities with CMDA, DTCP, Corporation, Municipality, Panchayat, Revenue, Registration, Fire & Rescue, TANGEDCO, Metro Water, Pollution Control Board and other relevant authorities.
• Follow up on planning permissions, building approvals, layout approvals, completion certificates, NOCs and other statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with TNREGINET / Registration Department for property-related registration and documentation activities.
• Handle land and property-related documentation, including patta, EC, FMB, chitta, adangal and other revenue records.
• Coordinate with legal consultants, architects, surveyors, engineers and external liaison consultants.
• Visit government offices regularly and maintain professional coordination with concerned officials.
• Track approval status and ensure timely completion of applications and statutory processes.
• Prepare and maintain approval trackers, application records, correspondence and government documentation.
