Liason Officer

What we're looking for

• Must be willing to travel outside Cebu, specifically to Luzon, Negros, Cagayan de Oro, and Bukidnon.
• Fresh graduates with relevant on-the-job training (OJT) experience are welcome to apply and must be willing to undergo further training.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in liaison role, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
• Flexible and adaptable, with a proven ability to work well in a team environment
• Fluent in both English and the local language

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing renewal of all government documents (mayors’ permit, sanitary, fire, FDA, and other related government documents);
• Making FDA Report (Compliance FDA Inspection recommendation) coordinate sub offices OIC for the recommendations;
• Processing initial requirements needed for opening new branches
• OBO (Building permit)
• Water and Electric Connection
• Business permits and all government offices for new operations
• Franchise agreement (new branch);
• Monitoring of rentals & contract expiry;
• Process all notices from government offices like DPWH and others;
• Building Insurance monitoring and payments;
• Anything that management will require for us to do.
